Shipping Policy
All Products are made to order, therefore please allow 2 week lead time from the day of purchase, plus estimated delivery. Remember Delirium is a slow fashion brand, ethically made here in the UK with only 1 pair of hands!
All items will be shipped with "signed for" postage.
Standard Postage 3-5 working days £4
Express Postage 1-2 working days £6

Return & Exchange Policy
All Delirium Products sent out are guaranteed original hand made genuines.
However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to an exchange or credit note only, provided we have the product in stock.
Due to most products being made-to-order this can mean that a particular item could be specific to your personal measurements which makes it near impossible to resell so please be mindful when ordering. Provided the order hasn't started to be produced there could be a chance we can make changes so please get in touch via email if any mistakes do take place at the check out.
UK Customers must return items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, evidence of faulty or damaged goods must be provided, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return postage is to be paid for by the customer and a refund of this will not be issued. It is your responsibility to make sure the items are returned safely so a tracked or signed for postage service is necessary.
You will receive an email when items have been received and processed between 7-10 working days and a credit note or refund will be issued within 3-5 working days until it reaches your account.
